As a member center of Centers for Spiritual Living, One Spirit Center for Spiritual Living offers certificated classes. These classes can be taken as stand alone classes or as a track to Licensed Centers for Spiritual Living practitioner.
Next class will be Beyond Limits. This class is taught on site in Waimanalo or via Zoom. The 10 week class starts Thursday, January 16th at 6:30 pm.
NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION PRACTICE GROUP
In order to support A World That Works for Everyone, we need to perfect our listening and communicating skills. One of the best methods I have discovered is Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, sometimes referred to as Compassionate Communication.
We meet the first and third Fridays at 6:30 pm at Unity Windward in Kaneohe.
